Pre-Natal pregnancy Pilates

During pre-natal pregnancy Pilates, I focus on what your changing body needs as no day is the same when you’re growing a tiny human!

During these classes, I focus on:

  • Breathing and the mind-body-breath movement

  • Strengthening and controlling the pelvic floor

  • Overall strengthening and toning your muscles

  • Postural assistance - ready to combat the effects of feeding and lifting

  • Pain reduction in your pelvis, hips, back, or knees

  • Stretching and mobility

Most importantly, all exercises and adapted throughout pregnancy to accommodate the physical changes to your body.

Sessions can be held from the comfort of your own home via Zoom, or in the Cremorne studio by appointment.

Mum’s and bubs post natal classes - your baby can join in too!

These sessions focus on:

  • Restoring and controlling the pelvic floor and abdominal tissue, can assist the repair pelvic prolapse

  • Overall strengthening and muscle toning

  • Spine mobility and alignment

  • Understanding of the bio mechanics of your body - especially important when picking up a growing baby

  • Postural assistance to counteract the effects of feeding and lifting

  • Stretching and mobility

Your baby can join in too!
