If you’re not one for gyms or studios and prefer to work out at home, but still want feedback on your technique and form, then my Live Group Mat Pilates classes are for you.

With a maximum of 10 people per class, modifications are made to accommodate the varying levels of experience in class.

If you’re new to Live Mat Pilates, your first class is FREE. Please be sure to fill in the enrolment form when booking your first class. Please be aware these group classes are for ‘healthy’ bodies. If you have injuries, the private sessions would be best for you until you are ready for a group class.
